Terms of Service

By using MyEvitation ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users of myevitation.com.

MyEvitation provides digital invitation website creation services. We create personalised invitation websites based on your provided details and chosen template. Our service includes: • Template-based invitation websites • Premium invitation websites with custom domains • Fully custom invitation website design • RSVP form functionality • Hosting for 12 months from delivery

When you place an order: • Payment is processed securely via Stripe • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable • Payment is due at the time of ordering • After payment, we will contact you to collect your event details • We begin work once we have received all necessary details from you

We aim to deliver your invitation website within 48 hours of receiving your complete event details. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available as a paid add-on. If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds: • Template package: 1 revision • Premium package: 2 revisions • Custom package: Unlimited revisions A revision is defined as a set of changes requested in a single communication. Additional revisions beyond the included amount can be purchased for €15 each.

You are responsible for all content you provide to us, including: • Photos and images (you must own or have rights to use them) • Names, dates, and event details • Any text or messages By providing content, you grant us a licence to use it solely for the purpose of creating your invitation website. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

We offer refunds under the following conditions: • Full refund: If we have not yet started work on your invitation • Partial refund: If work has begun but you are not satisfied after revisions, we will assess on a case-by-case basis • No refund: Once your invitation has been delivered and revisions have been used To request a refund, contact us at hello@myevitation.com within 14 days of payment.

Your invitation website is hosted for 12 months from the delivery date. After 12 months, the website may be taken offline unless you renew hosting. For custom domain packages, we register and manage the domain on your behalf. Domain registration is included for the first year. Renewal fees may apply after the first year.

Our templates, designs, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our templates or designs. Your personalised invitation website content (your names, photos, event details) remains your property. We retain the right to use anonymised examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyEvitation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
